Thai food is mostly the balance of four or five fundamental
flavors in each dish or the overall meal, which is hot or
spicy, sour, sweet, salty and bitter. Thai full meal typically
consists of either a single dish or rice (khao) with many
complementary dishes served concurrently. Thai food recipes
consist of several kinds of ingredient such as Thai fish
sauce, garlic, lemon grass, Thai basil, lime juice, coconut
milk, else. Moreover, the different kinds of meat can be
chosen as the ingredient, such as beef, chicken, pork, or
seafood.
Thai famous dishes are example as Pad
Tai, Rad Na, Khanom chin namya, Pad kaphrao, Tom
Yam Kung, Tom Yam Sea Food, Tom
Kha Gai, Red Curry, Green Curry, Massaman Curry, Tod
Man and so on.
