Tom Yam Kung
Tom Yam Kung is the most famous Thai food known as Hot and Sour Shrimp Soup. This menu is very easy to make. The basic ingredients and directions are described as below.

 

Ingredients:
1. 1.5 cup of water
2. 15 small shrimps. Or 10 bigger ones.
3. chopped lemon grass
4. 2 tablespoon fish saurce
5. 5 chopped chillies
6. 8-10 oyster mushrooms
7. 0.3 cup of milk product for food (red label)
8. 1.5 table spoon chilles paste (blue label)
9. 2-3 limes
10. red onions
11. 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
12. small galangal

 

Garnish:
1. Smash red onions and chop galangal. Put them in the pot.
2. When the water is quite hot, put oyster mushrooms in the pot. Meanwhile, put chillies paste in a cup and add milk for food. Stir them.
3. Put shrimps in the pot before adding fish saurce. Meanwhile, chop the rest that we have. Turn off your gas cooker after the water is bubbling. Then add chillies paste in milk in the pot.
4. Put the rest in the pot. Stir and taste
